Acceptable Use Policy

The IntelliOpsAI website and any digital properties we provide are intended for lawful business use — evaluating our services, accessing our research, requesting a strategy session and, where applicable, collaborating on an active engagement. All use must be consistent with these terms, our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

• Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or networks.
• Interfering with the availability, integrity or security of our infrastructure.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, exploits, spam or malicious payloads.
• Scraping, harvesting or mass-extracting content without prior written consent.
• Impersonating another person, organisation or affiliation.
• Using our platforms to harass, defame, discriminate against or harm others.

Where we design or deliver AI systems, agents or automations to a client, those systems must not be used to:

• Generate content intended to deceive, defraud or manipulate individuals.
• Produce disallowed content such as material that sexualises minors, incites violence or facilitates unlawful acts.
• Make consequential decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight, as described in our Responsible AI Policy.
• Circumvent safety controls, guardrails, rate limits or authorisation boundaries.
• Process personal or regulated data outside the boundaries defined in the engagement.

You may not use our website, materials, brand or delivered assets in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, misrepresents ownership or breaches the licence terms under which content or code was shared with you.

Users must not probe, test or bypass the security of our platforms without prior written authorisation. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported through the responsible disclosure channel described in our Security Policy.

All use of our website, digital properties and delivered systems must comply with applicable laws — including data protection, export control, anti-corruption, competition and sector-specific regulation. Clients retain responsibility for compliance within their own environment; we support them with governance, controls and documentation as agreed in each engagement.

IntelliOpsAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any digital property, tool or service — including access provided as part of an active engagement — where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached or where continued use presents a security, legal or reputational risk. Where feasible, we will notify the client and coordinate an appropriate response.
